Katie has 18 years of experience in strategy, facilitation, and collaborative business execution. She has helped private and non-profit organizations across various industries and sizes both as an in-house leader and as a consulting partner. Katie has a B.A. in English from Wake Forest University and a M.A. in Sociolinguistics from Georgetown University. Katie resides in Falls Church, Virginia, with her husband and their two Lakeland terriers.

Frank has built a career out of building and managing teams and developing productive and trusting relationships with clients. He leverages his strong communication skills and deep understanding of technology challenges to ensure delivery of Randstad’s digital enablement value proposition. His passion is delighting clients by providing exactly what they need, when they need it. Before joining Randstad Canada in 2018, Frank held numerous, progressively senior project management roles. He holds a Master of Computer Science from Concordia University and a Master of Business Administration from HEC Montreal. Outside of work Frank is an established musician and enjoys retreating to the forest in northern Quebec with his family. He lives in Montreal with his wife, three kids and dog.

Before joining Realogy, Kader was the Head of Business, Technology and Portfolio Management at BMO Harris Bank. He has led large-scale technology transformation initiatives for fortune 500 companies like Deloitte and Accenture. He was the country head for TransUnion in South Asia. Kader earned a Masters in Computer Science from University of Madras (India) and an MBA in Global Management from Kellogg School of Management (Northwestern University).

Angela O’Banion is Chief Information Officer of Cook County Health and in that role she leads the strategy and implementation of information technology initiatives for Cook County Health, one of the leading public health systems in the country, comprised of two acute care hospitals, and a network of community health centers, the Cook County Department of Public Health, Correctional Health Services, and CountyCare, a Medicaid managed care health plan. Angela joined Cook County Health in 2018 as the executive enterprise business applications officer, leading digital strategies to support enterprise applications including revenue cycle, patient financial services, scheduling, and registration. She has 30 years of technology management and consulting experience in start-up to enterprise companies. Before joining Cook County Health, Angela held leadership roles at AFO Technology Group and Level-1 Global Solutions where her health industry clients included the State of Illinois Department of Healthcare & Family Services, the Department of Public Health, and Cook County Health. She earned her Bachelor’s in Science from Purdue University and her Master of Business Administration from Northwestern University’s Kellogg School of Management.
