Katie Markwell is Senior Vice President, Advisory Services for Celerity, a leading management consulting organization owned by Randstad. Her work focuses on service delivery in areas ranging from customer experience and operations to agile delivery. With a focus on results and collaboration, she finds the win-win between effort and outcome, flexibility and consistency, and individuals and teams. Under her leadership, Celerity has earned world-class Net Promoter Scores, innovation awards, and client accolades. Katie has 18 years of experience in strategy, facilitation, and collaborative business execution. She has helped private and non-profit organizations across various industries and sizes both as an in-house leader and as a consulting partner. Katie has a B.A. in English from Wake Forest University and a M.A. in Sociolinguistics from Georgetown University. Katie resides in Falls Church, Virginia, with her husband and their two Lakeland terriers.

Frank Pompeo is Vice President, Solutions Delivery for Randstad Technologies Canada. He is responsible for delivering on the promise of the division’s professional services by providing superior partnerships with customers. Frank has built a career out of building and managing teams and developing productive and trusting relationships with clients. He leverages his strong communication skills and deep understanding of technology challenges to ensure delivery of Randstad’s digital enablement value proposition. His passion is delighting clients by providing exactly what they need, when they need it. Before joining Randstad Canada in 2018, Frank held numerous, progressively senior project management roles. He holds a Master of Computer Science from Concordia University and a Master of Business Administration from HEC Montreal. Outside of work Frank is an established musician and enjoys retreating to the forest in northern Quebec with his family. He lives in Montreal with his wife, three kids and dog. 

Kin Lee is Chief Digital Officer, The Joint Commission, and leads the enterprise-wide business digital transformation vision and strategy for the development and execution of information technology, data analytics, and business applications for the Joint Commission, Joint Commission Resources, and Joint Commission International. Kin is a value-driven senior executive with a demonstrated track record of achieving business results through innovation, collaboration, and unleashing people potential. Kin holds a bachelor’s degree in Quantitative Methods from the University of Illinois, a master's degree in Operations Research from Northwestern University, and an MBA in Finance and Statistics from the University of Chicago. Kin also graduated from the Senior Executive Program at Columbia University, Global Leadership Program at Harvard University, and Honeywell Senior Management Development Program.

Kader Sakkaria is Chief Digital and Technology Officer at RNL and leads the overall digital transformation efforts. He also drove the traditional lead generation to digital lead generation transition, the migration to hybrid Multi-cloud strategy (Azure, AWS and On-Prem), established Data and Analytics platform (Synapse) for AI-infused ML OPS modeling, moved to plan - build - run the model with it technology and data, led vendor consolidation and enabled a partnership model, set up an Innovation Lab focused on client experience and technology debt elimination, leveraged Managed Services for Data Ops efficiency, established enhanced security Ops team under CISO and much more. Before joining Realogy, Kader was the Head of Business, Technology  and Portfolio Management at BMO Harris Bank. He  has led large-scale technology transformation initiatives for fortune  500 companies like Deloitte and Accenture. He was the country head  for TransUnion in South Asia. Kader earned a Masters in Computer Science from University of Madras (India) and an MBA in Global Management from Kellogg School of  Management (Northwestern University).

Angela O’Banion is Chief Information Officer of Cook County Health and in that role she leads the strategy and implementation of information technology initiatives for Cook County Health, one of the leading public health systems in the country, comprised of two acute care hospitals, and a network of community health centers, the Cook County Department of Public Health, Correctional Health Services, and CountyCare, a Medicaid managed care health plan. Angela joined Cook County Health in 2018 as the executive enterprise business applications officer, leading digital strategies to support enterprise applications including revenue cycle, patient financial services, scheduling, and registration. She has 30 years of technology management and consulting experience in start-up to enterprise companies. Before joining Cook County Health, Angela held leadership roles at AFO Technology Group and Level-1 Global Solutions where her health industry clients included the State of Illinois Department of Healthcare & Family Services, the Department of Public Health, and Cook County Health. She earned her Bachelor’s in Science from Purdue University and her Master of Business Administration from Northwestern University’s Kellogg School of Management.
