The Controller will be accountable for financial projects and programs on a global scale, ensuring the alignment of financial strategies with the company's overall objectives. location: Osseo, Minnesota job type: Permanent salary: $130,000 - 165,000 per year work hours: 8am to 4pm education: Bachelors responsibilities: Provide strategic financial leadership by reviewing, analyzing, and interpreting financial and budgetary information to support decision-making at the senior management level.Manage and lead the financial and accounting teams, including staffing, assigning work, reviewing performance, addressing performance issues, and providing coaching and development.Develop and implement policies, procedures, and business controls to guide the financial operations of the organization, ensuring consistency and coherence across all business units. Conduct analysis of investment decisions, product pricing, profitability, and provide comprehensive reporting on the organization's financial position.Develop and maintain external business relationships, providing financial rate and cost structures to support business opportunities. Oversee the financial planning process, coordinating and consolidating order forecasts, revenue forecasts, and manufacturing and operations costs over multi-year timeframes.Develop and implement new procedures and processes to continually improve service quality and financial operations. Where applicable, ensure compliance with local statutory reporting requirements for specific legal entities.
