Project Support: Coordinate contractors and support capital equipment installations or facility upgrades. Qualifications Experience: 5+ years of industrial maintenance experience and 2+ years in a leadership/supervisory role. Electrical Expertise: Advanced electrical knowledge is required, including the ability to read engineering prints and schematics. Technical Skills: Proficiency with PLCs, automated systems, conveyors, and fluid power (hydraulics/pneumatics). Compliance: Solid knowledge of OSHA standards and manufacturing facility compliance. Software: Experience using Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS).
