Your dedication to solving problems, enhancing processes, and handling responsibility will be valued and rewarded.salary: $45,000 - $59,000 per yearshift: Firstwork hours: 8:30 AM - 5:30 PMeducation: High SchoolResponsibilities Prepare regular accounts receivable reports for management, including aging reports and cash flow forecasts.Analyze AR data and identify trends or areas for improvement.Ensure timely and accurate completion of AR tasks for monthly financial reporting.Adhere to accounting policies and ensure AR practices comply with company guidelines.Identify opportunities to improve AR processes and streamline workflows.Work with sales, customer service, and finance teams to address AR-related inquiries and support customer relationships.Assist in resolving customer disputes and managing credits and adjustments.Provide documentation and support for internal and external audits related to accounts receivable.These responsibilities ensure the role is focused on accuracy, efficiency, and proactive problem-solving within the AR function.
