Manage calendars, including scheduling meetings, appointments, speaking engagements, and travel arrangements, while exercising discretion and evaluating priorities. Assess and prioritize tasks requiring Directors’ attention, redirecting to senior team or handling personally as appropriate, and keep Directors informed of time-sensitive issues. Draft, review, and send correspondence to internal and external stakeholders professionally and effectively. Handle various support duties such as preparing, reconciling, and submitting expense reports, while maintaining accurate records. Organize meetings comprehensively, including gathering documents, managing in-person or virtual logistics, and taking minutes upon request.
