The Customer Service Representative is responsible providing customer support, handling incoming orders, verifying customer purchase order accuracy, confirming purchase orders with customers, resolve discrepancies, and providing technical support. This is a contract to hire opportunity. This position is part of their Customer Support with the intent to then move to the equipment team. You will be a part of the Customer Support team and report to the Manager Customer Service. In this role, you will have the opportunity to: Process daily orders received through multiple channels (phone, email, fax, EDI)Professionally handle incoming requests through multiple channels (phone, email, fax,) from external and internal customers and ensure that issues are resolved both promptly and thoroughly by clarifying the customer's complaint; determining the cause of the problem; selecting and explaining the best solution to solve the problem; expediting correction or adjustment; following up to ensure resolution according to current processes.Responsible for daily management which includes reviewing the status of all open orders, return goods authorization (RGA's) and insuring timely resolution.
