Customer Relationship Management Build and nurture relationships with key decision-makers to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty. Provide pre/post-sales support, including product demonstations, training, and addressing customer inquiries. Technical Expertise and Product Knowledge Gain a deep understanding of the product line, ASTM test methods, and industry applications. Stay updated on new product developments, technical standards, and industry trends. Qualifications 1-5 Years of sales experience, preferably in analystival instruments or related industries. Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with petroleum and petrochemical testing; knowledge of ASTM standards is essential A background in labs, refineries, or inspection companies that equips you with a technical edge. An understanding of petroleum testing instruments, labratory testing, inspection labs, analytical testing instruments and oil/fuel testing. Bachelors degree in Science, Engineering, or a related field (Preferred) Membership or active participation in ASTM D02 technical committees.
