Oversee yearly inventory preparation and supervision across all warehouses. Drive improvements in Central Warehouse, Feeding, and Kanban systems. Manage outside processing, improve inventory master data, and ensure inventory accuracy (negatives control, resolutions, transfers, and adjustments). Reestablish and lead cycle counts, analyze results, and implement necessary adjustments. Roll out cycle counts to NJ and serve as central support for inventory. Implement processes to reduce material handling, optimize flow, and ensure uninterrupted production line supplies. Oversee replenishment and feeding of production lines, picking, and packing materials per production demands. Manage receiving and shipping activities, including unloading, loading, labeling, and disposition. Improve Material Requirement Planning (MRP) and ensure accurate master data (e.g., reorder points, safety stock, lead times). Analyze inventory data (ABC, consumption, forecasting, etc.) and present results with recommendations for improvements. Participate in projects, continuously seeking new ideas and improvement opportunities.
