Soldering and Desoldering: Perform precise soldering and desoldering of components on circuit boards, ensuring proper connections and quality solder joints. Wire Routing and Termination: Route and terminate wires to ensure secure electrical connections and maintain neat and organized assemblies. Quality Inspection: Inspect solder joints and assembled components to ensure they meet quality standards, performing corrective actions as needed. Functional Testing: Test electrical assemblies to verify functionality and adherence to specifications, using tools like multimeters and oscilloscopes. Documentation: Maintain accurate records of assembly processes, including components used, testing results, and any issues encountered. Collaboration with Engineers: Work with engineers to troubleshoot assembly issues, suggest design improvements, and assist in optimizing manufacturing processes.
