We are seeking a 1st Shift Assembly/Packaging Supervisor to oversee production operations, ensuring efficiency, quality, and compliance with company standards. This role involves supervising staff, coordinating daily activities, and optimizing processes to meet production goals. The ideal candidate will have experience in team leadership, quality control, inventory management, and safety enforcement within a manufacturing environment.
