Ensure compliance with contract terms and conditions, including payment schedules, retainage, and change orders. Track and manage accounts receivable, including monitoring payment status, resolving discrepancies, and following up on past-due invoices.   Collection Management: Contact clients with overdue accounts via phone, email, and written correspondence to secure payment. Collaborate with project managers, subcontractors, and clients to ensure accurate and timely billing. Communicate effectively with clients regarding billing inquiries, payment status, and any potential issues.
