This will be quick fill - if you have the AIA billing requirement, please submit your resume today!salary: $60,000 - $70,000 per yearshift: Firstwork hours: 8 AM - 4 PMeducation: BachelorsResponsibilitiesResponsibilities: Billing Process Management: Prepare and process accurate and timely project invoices using Foundation Software, including progress billing, time and materials billing, and unit price billing. Review and verify all billing documents, including subcontractor invoices, material invoices, and labor costs. Ensure compliance with contract terms and conditions, including payment schedules, retainage, and change orders. Track and manage accounts receivable, including monitoring payment status, resolving discrepancies, and following up on past-due invoices. Collection Management: Contact clients with overdue accounts via phone, email, and written correspondence to secure payment. Collaborate with project managers, subcontractors, and clients to ensure accurate and timely billing. Communicate effectively with clients regarding billing inquiries, payment status, and any potential issues. Work closely with the accounting team to reconcile project costs and ensure accurate financial reporting. Respond to client inquiries regarding billing discrepancies, payment terms, and account status. Maintain organized and complete project files, including all billing-related documentation.
