job summary: Construction Superintendent to lead water and wastewater construction projects near Manhattan, KS. This role oversees field teams, subcontractors, and materials to ensure quality, safety, and efficiency. The Superintendent will collaborate with leadership to plan, execute, and deliver projects on schedule while maintaining regulatory compliance. The ideal candidate has at least 3+ years of water and wastewater construction experience, including four years as a Utility foreman. Proficiency in operating and instructing others in heavy equipment use, trench box handling, and excavation techniques is essential. Strong communication and leadership skills, along with a valid driver's license, are required.
