A midsize defense litigation law firm in NYC seeks an Appellate Attorney. The majority of the work will be medical malpractice defense.  This position requires (i) 4+ years of practice experience with 2+ years of appellate expereince; (ii) an active license in NY, the US District Court for the Eastern District of NY, and US District Court for the Sourthern District of NY.
