This includes ensuring product inspections comply with the Quality Management System and creation of quality specifications and documentations. Hands-on inspection is also required. This position is 100% onsite, no remote or hybrid opportunities at this time. MUST HAVE EXPERIENCE WITHIN A CNC MACHINE SHOP OR MANUFACTURE OF CNC MACHINE COMPONENTS. The Quality Control Manager must have experience operating and maintaing CNC machines used in medical or aerospace industries: 5-axis Precision CNC Machining, and Swiss Lathe CNC Machining Responsibilities: 1. Oversight of the Quality Control lab and inspectors 2. Maintain pace of inspections to production needs 3. Aid inspectors in inspection process and techniques 4. Creation and review of Non-conformance reports 5. Creation and implementation of Corrective and Preventative Action reports 6. Interaction with product supplier quality teams 7. Maintenance of Device History Records 8. Identify areas for improvement of the Quality Management System 9.
