The SOW (Statement of Work) Specialist is responsible for the end to end management of SOWs and SOW revisions, ensuring timely, accurate, and compliant execution across the full lifecycle. This role plays a critical part in supporting Procurement Operations by reviewing, redlining, validating, and initiating approval workflows for SOW contracts, as well as coordinating legal reviews when required. The SOW Specialist serves as a primary point of contact for stakeholders, suppliers, and internal partners, working closely with Sourcing & Procurement (S&P), Legal, Risk and Privacy, and OSW Operations team members to ensure seamless processing and positive stakeholder experiences. Success in this role requires proactive communication, strong collaboration within a team environment, sound judgment, and a high level of accountability.salary: $38 - $39 per hourshift: Firstwork hours: 8 AM - 5 PMeducation: BachelorsResponsibilities• Assume full end to end ownership of SOWs and SOW revisions, ensuring clear, timely, and proactive communication throughout the lifecycle. • Review, redline, and analyze SOW terms and conditions to ensure alignment with procurement standards, rate cards, and company policies. • Initiate and manage approval workflows within Fieldglass, driving timely progression and resolution of issues. • Facilitate and coordinate legal reviews when required, ensuring compliance with legal, risk, and privacy requirements. • Partner closely with Sourcing & Procurement teams, shared services partners, and suppliers to deliver consistent and high quality outcomes. • Serve as the primary point of contact for suppliers and business stakeholders, setting clear expectations and providing regular status updates. • Coordinate routing of approved, executable SOWs and SOW revisions for signature via DocuSign. • Identify risks, issues, or gaps early and collaborate with the team to drive resolution and maintain momentum. • Deliver outstanding stakeholder experiences by taking ownership of issues and ensuring they are resolved efficiently and professionally. • Support education and adherence to Sourcing & Procurement policies and OSW standards. • Identify opportunities for continuous improvement and contribute to process enhancements and best practices across OSW SOW operations. • Maintain accountability for accuracy, quality, and timeliness of all assigned contract activities.Skillscommunication QualificationsYears of experience: 2 yearsExperience level: ExperiencedRandstad is a world leader in matching great people with great companies.
