job summary: Overview The Regulatory Retention E-Communications Archive team are growing to meet the demands of our business partners.The team are responsible for engineering and development in support of the Bank Enterprise Regulatory E-Communications Archive for e-discovery and supervision services.The team process, archive, and own record management for 50+ data feeds. They carry out all automation, metrics, and reporting for these services.For reference, information about the services/vendors in this space are detailed by Gartner's - Enterprise Information Archive (EIA).Typical work items may include: onboarding new feeds, occasionally, this will be in partnership with Line of Business teams, in other instances, the requirement will be managed end to end. Design and develop automation to improve onboarding workflows. Validation of controls.All efforts are completed in line with the banks rigorous change control procedures and in line with the banks standardised tools.
