Join our client's property management company as a Bookkeeper (Accounts Payable). This role involves managing accounts payable processes and annual escalations for a portfolio of retail shopping centers. Ensure accurate tenant billing, payment processing, and financial records while supporting a dynamic, detail-oriented team.salary: $60,000 - $80,000 per yearshift: Firstwork hours: 9 AM - 5 PMeducation: BachelorsResponsibilities Process 150-200 invoices weekly, ensuring accuracy and proper documentation.Log into financial systems to confirm payment status and ensure payments are drawn correctly.Prepare and send bills to tenants for shared expenses, including annual escalation adjustments.Calculate and allocate tenant shares of increased operating costs, taxes, and other escalations as outlined in lease agreements.Ensure accurate documentation and record-keeping for all escalation-related activities.Ensure timely and accurate payments are processed on behalf of tenants.Verify and track payments to vendors, utilities, and other service providers.Financial Reporting:Maintain accurate records of all transactions in the accounting system.Support the preparation of financial reports related to accounts payable and escalation adjustments.Communicate with vendors to resolve discrepancies, provide updates on payment status, and ensure smooth operations.Maintain compliance with company policies and procedures for accounts payable and bookkeeping activities.Perform regular audits to ensure the integrity of financial records.
