Assists with generating requisitions and receiving material. Assists with opening tasks in ECRPO. Maintains and organizes files. Develops and maintains computerized spreadsheets and databases to enter information and generate reports. Assists with filing or retrieving information as required. Assists with non-routine projects according to specific assignments. Manages accounts payable and receivable, including processing and reconciling invoices, tracking payments, and ensuring timely transactions. Prepares, reviews, and processes invoices for payment, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies. Follows up on outstanding invoices and manages vendor communications to resolve discrepancies. Provides administrative support for HR, including maintaining employee records, scheduling interviews, and assisting with onboarding processes.
