The right person will have experience performing preventative maintenance on electromechanical devices and facility equipment, along with high knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems. This person should also be comfortable using a PC-based work order system, coordinating outside vendors, and helping maintain a safe and efficient facility.
