Apply today and take the first step toward an exciting new opportunity!salary: $20 - $21 per hourshift: Firstwork hours: 8 AM - 4 PMeducation: High SchoolResponsibilities Outbound Calling & Customer Outreach Make outbound calls (40 per day expected) to HVAC dealers and contractors to promote and sell skillset training classes. Encourage dealer participation in training programs and build relationships through a combination of "hunter" and "nurturer" approaches (50/50 split). Registration Assistance & Troubleshooting Help dealers and their employees register for classes in the Learning Center. Address and resolve challenges related to accessing the learning center, including technical troubleshooting. Coordination of Learning Center Tours Schedule and organize tours of the Learning Centers for dealers. Support the new business team by introducing dealers to offerings and encouraging their engagement in training programs. Customer Service & Communication Respond to inbound phone calls, emails, and chat inquiries from dealers regarding class availability, registration assistance, and general support. Provide clear communication and ensure customer satisfaction while handling potential rejection in a professional manner. Team Collaboration & Proactive Sales Support Work in a team-oriented environment to support collective goals. Provide metrics-driven updates on progress, adapt to assigned communication channels, and assist lower-level staff or unusual cases when needed.
