As a Senior Allocator, you’ll be a key member of the Merchandise Planning team, directly contributing to the success of one of the most recognized brands in the world. This role is integral to ensuring that inventory reaches the right stores at the right time, optimizing sell-through while maintaining healthy stock levels. You’ll manage initial product allocations, oversee in-season replenishments, and adapt strategies based on sales trends and store-specific needs. Reporting to the Director of North American Planning, you’ll work cross-functionally with strategic store, distribution, and merchant partners, shaping inventory strategies that align with broader brand goals. This hybrid position is based in the San Francisco Bay Area and involves occasional travel to stores for hands-on insights. About You You bring 3–5 years of experience in inventory management, preferably in the apparel industry, and possess strong technical and analytical skills. Translate seasonal buy plans and distribution strategies into weekly store allocations to maximize sell-through while maintaining inventory health. Fulfill demand through stock-to-sales analysis and Sell-out trend while following store specific capacities and operating within replenishment budget. In-season, respond to SKU demand insights by door through rigorous size analysis. Build stock build-up for upcoming peak periods/lower trading periods aligning within in- season distribution strategy. Provide weekly fill rate reporting and adjust flows. Hindsight the outcome of replenishment orders to ensure accurate shipments to store and minimize workload in-store. Help with model stock management and model stock revisions. Create stock plans to support new store floor plans/sets. Visits stores monthly to review presentation, inventory levels and assess individual store needs and keep open lines of communication with the field teams. Coordinate between planning, merchandising, store operations, supply chain and DDC to ensure agreement and execution of agreed upon plans.
