The role involves managing a high volume of inbound and outbound calls to qualify leads for Home Mortgage Consultants. Talent will be assigned to either inbound or outbound calls per day, not both Call center group within Consumer Lending - Consumer Direct Sales group Sales role Candidates will be working in the National Contact Center and will be assisting Home Mortgage. Talent will receive inbound and “.com” lead lists of customers that are interested in either refinancing or purchasing a home. From there, candidates will reach out to the customer to confirm their interest, to confirm their contact info, bank information, and availability. Once confirmed, they will transfer over to a Home Mortgage Consultant (HMC) who will take things from there.
