Summary: Hands-on and detail-oriented Warehouse Supervisor responsible for overseeing daily operations within a warehouse supporting a manufacturing facility. Supervises a small team of warehouse associates to ensure efficient material handling, inventory control, order fulfillment, and shipping/receiving functions. Maintains a safe and organized work environment while supporting production needs and ensuring timely delivery of materials and finished products.salary: $52,000 - $58,240 per yearshift: Firstwork hours: 7 AM - 3:30 PMeducation: High SchoolResponsibilitiesKey Responsibilities: Supervise a small team of warehouse staff, providing direction, coaching, and scheduling. Coordinate receiving, storage, and distribution of raw materials (wood, metal, glass, etc.) and finished doors. Ensure inventory accuracy through regular cycle counts and system updates. Collaborate with production and logistics teams to ensure timely delivery and receipt of materials. Enforce safety standards and participate in warehouse inspections and compliance. Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment as needed. Monitor team performance and assist with training and development. Maintain clean, organized, and efficient storage areas. Qualifications: 2–5 years of warehouse or logistics experience, ideally in a manufacturing environment. 2+ year in a supervisory or team lead role. Knowledge of warehouse safety standards and inventory systems. Forklift certification is required. strong organizational, communication, and leadership skills. Must be able to lift as needed.
