Tax Planning and Strategy Identify tax-saving opportunities and recommend strategies to minimize tax liabilities. Provide guidance on tax implications for business decisions, transactions, and investments. Assist in preparing forecasts and budgets related to tax obligations. Tax Audits and Inquiries Manage tax audits, reviews, and examinations conducted by tax authorities. Respond to tax notices and inquiries promptly and accurately. Maintain proper documentation and records to support tax filings. Financial Reporting Prepare tax provisions and disclosures for financial statements in compliance with applicable accounting standards. Reconcile tax accounts and ensure accurate representation in the general ledger. Process Improvement Develop and maintain efficient tax processes and systems to improve accuracy and timeliness.
