Act as a liaison between business and technical teams, effectively communicating complex concepts in both written and verbal formats. Perform business analysis to gather, document, and refine system requirements for financial applications. Conduct quality assurance (QA) testing, ensuring compliance with department standards and best practices. Maintain and enhance financial reporting capabilities, conducting trend analysis and reconciliations to ensure data accuracy. Collaborate with IT and business teams to improve system functionalities, ensuring seamless systems integration across platforms. Provide training and support to end-users on system functionalities and best practices. qualifications: Required: Bachelor's degree in Business, Accounting, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience). 7+ years of experience in a Financial Analyst and/or Financial Systems Analyst role with a focus on financial applications. Strong understanding of SAP systems integration and financial data structures. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, etc.). Knowledge of general accounting principles and financial data reconciliation. Exceptional problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills. skills: Preferred: Experience with financial software applications and ERP systems. Understanding of QA methodologies and best practices in system development. Familiarity with SQL, Power BI, or other data analysis tools.
