Job Description: Flexographic Press Operator (1st Shift) Set up and operate flexographic printing presses to produce high-quality printed materials per job specifications. Mix and adjust inks to achieve the correct colors, monitor viscosity, and ensure consistent print quality throughout the run. Perform routine maintenance on the press, including cleaning rollers, plates, and components, and troubleshoot mechanical or quality issues as needed. Conduct visual inspections and use measurement tools to ensure colors, registration, and other specifications meet customer standards. Accurately record production data, including setup details, materials, and quantities produced. Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean, organized workspace. Adhere to company policies on machine operation and handling hazardous materials. Collaborate with supervisors, ink technicians, and quality control to ensure smooth operations and meet deadlines. Convert master rolls into smaller rolls using slitter rewinders and tabletop finishers. Package finished products, label, and seal them in an organized manner. Remove finished rolls from the press and clean ink pans after each job. Hours: Monday-Thursday, 5:00 am - 1:30 pm. Pay: $25-$30/hr.
