As a Tie-In Operator -- your main responsibility will be to repair and re-tie broken threads on looms, ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of the production process. In this role, you’ll be responsible for tasks such as starting up looms, fixing broken threads, troubleshooting issues like crossed threads or damaged warps, and performing basic machine maintenance.
