Resynergi, a leader in plastics-to-plastics pyrolysis, is seeking a Controller to join our dynamic startup team in Rohnert Park, CA (Hybrid). Reporting to the CFO, you will play a pivotal role in managing our financial operations, overseeing budgeting and forecasting, and ensuring compliance with regulations. With 10+ years of experience in financial management, including startup and controllership roles, you will be responsible for performing daily and monthly accounting functions, developing company policies, and creating managerial reports to support key decisions. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of financial software (e.g., QuickBooks, NetSuite, Ramp) and possess strong financial modeling, cash flow analysis, and regulatory compliance skills. You must be a proactive, detail-oriented, and team-focused individual who thrives in a fast-paced, startup environment. A bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field is required (CPA or MBA is a plus).
