Lead Accounting Operations: Manage the accounting team (currently two direct reports) to ensure accuracy, timeliness, and efficiency in financial processes. Establish scalable workflows to support growth and future acquisitions. 2. Financial Reporting & Systems Implementation: Develop and implement improved financial reporting systems to deliver accurate and timely insights into company performance. Streamline accounting processes and ensure compliance with relevant standards. 3. Budgeting, Forecasting & Financial Strategy: Oversee budgeting and forecasting processes to support strategic planning and performance monitoring. Partner with executive leadership to develop financial strategies that align with growth objectives. 4. Process & Operational Improvement: Identify opportunities to improve accounting processes, internal controls, and operational efficiencies. Experience with accounting software systems like QuickBooks or NetSuite and advanced Excel skills. Leadership: Proven ability to manage and develop small teams in a hands-on, fast-paced environment.
