job summary: An Assistant Project Coordinator is needed for a multinational biotechnology company that specializes in the discovery, development, and delivery of therapies for the treatment of neurodegenerative, hematologic, and autoimmune diseases to patients worldwide in the Morrisville, NC area. This role supports MES implementation and operational readiness activities within a large-scale pharmaceutical manufacturing modernization project, requiring technical documentation, coordination, and compliance expertise. location: Morrisville, North Carolina job type: Contract salary: $61.15 - 79.13 per hour work hours: 8am to 5pm education: Bachelors responsibilities: Support the operational readiness workstream for MES implementation.Assist Manufacturing Technology Operations (MTO) team with daily project activities.Help with documentation generation and processing in a digital document management system.Attend project meetings and track related actions and decisions.Map batch record traceability and respond to MES design questions.Interact directly with validated MES system and related documentation. Skills: Familiarity with GMP, FDA, and EMA regulatory standards.strong technical writing, communication, and interpersonal skills.Analytical, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting.Demonstrated success in compliance-driven, regulated environments.Experience working in cross-functional, matrix teams.Proficient with MS Office and digital documentation platforms (e.g., myCIMS, Veeva).
