What You’ll Do Perform preventive maintenance and repairs on injection molding, assembly, and packaging equipment. Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, pneumatic, hydraulic, and electrical systems. Diagnose alarms, identify root causes, and get equipment back online quickly. Maintain and calibrate robot arms, controls, and PLCs (AB, Koyo, Omron, Mitsubishi). Perform inspections, follow cGMP guidelines, and keep accurate documentation. Actively contribute to process improvements, 5S, and TPM activities. Collaborate with other maintenance pros to maximize uptime and safety. What We’re Looking For 3+ years’ experience in a technical, hands-on maintenance role. Injection molding experience required. Knowledge of hydraulics, pneumatics, and PLC troubleshooting. High school diploma or equivalent required. Ability to lift up to 40 lbs, climb ladders, and work on your feet during 12-hour shifts. Mechanically inclined, detail-oriented, and ready to solve problems independently or with a team. Preferred Skills SAP experience and computer skills. Familiarity with Lean Manufacturing.
