Our client is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Manufacturing Site Project Manager to oversee and manage complex manufacturing projects at production facilites. This role will involve managing all phases of projects, from initial planning and design to execution and completion, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget. The successful candidate will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to enhance manufacturing processes and ensure the seamless operation of the site. Proactively drive on site activities preparation before installation start (FAT, SWP2 , Customer SWP). Ensure Fulfilment of installation, qualification, testing and commissioning checklists and SOP (Standard Operating procedures). Accountable for HS&E at site. Enforce application of the Safety Coordination Plan Regular reporting to Stakeholders on the site activities status and deliverables: HS&E, quality, cost, schedule. Own and drive PPP tool update. Escalate out of scope or contractual deviations to the Project Manager Execution. Entry point for the Customer during on site activities execution. Promote and drive daily meeting review with the Customer and the Project Manager Execution. Ensure on site activities deliverables are being completed within the project baselined cost and project schedule timelines, 'Stakeholders’ satisfaction is being met. Ensure Final on site activities deliverables are agreed and accepted by the Stakeholders (formalise on site activities achievements with the sign off of the on-site activities certificates by the Customer - such as Start up, CAV, CPE, Warranty, site activities Interruption, snag list, etc. Lead on-site technical issue root cause analysis and escalation process (Non Conformity report to Project Manager Execution for Sincro management).
