Month-End & Reporting: Drive the month-end close process by performing sub-ledger and bank reconciliations, booking accruals, and preparing journal entries. Compliance & Risk: Collaborate with leadership on credit limit approvals and provide necessary documentation for year-end audits. What You Bring Experience: Proven background in Accounts Receivable, collections, or general accounting. Analytical Mindset: Ability to reconcile complex accounts and identify trends in payment behaviors. Communication: Interpersonal skills to host AR review meetings and collaborate across departments.
