Office Coordinator: (Roofing Industry) Largo, FL 33771We're seeking a dynamic Office Coordinator to be the operational heart of our growing team! Vendor Payments: Oversee key light accounting functions including AR/AP, invoicing, adding all bills/expenses/POs to QuickBooks (QB), and cutting checks for vendors, employees, and subcontractors. You'll also handle weekly payroll (Thursday mornings) and manage bank deposits. Permitting & Compliance: Take charge of the entire permitting process, including drafting NOC's, submitting documentation to municipalities, scheduling inspections, and ensuring final permit close-out. You will also manage yearly renewals for WC, COI, licenses, and business tax receipts. Office & Administration: Manage the flow of the office by answering phones, checking emails and mail, creating new lead sheets, maintaining an organized filing system, and ordering supplies. Who You Are: A self-starter with exceptional organizational and time-management skills. Proficient or familiar with QuickBooks (QB) or similar accounting software.
