Conduct property tours, highlighting features, amenities, and benefits. Answer inquiries from prospective tenants promptly and professionally. Leasing Process Management: Assist prospective tenants with completing rental applications. Review and process lease agreements, ensuring compliance with company policies and local laws. Collect and process security deposits and other required payments. Tenant Relations: Serve as the primary point of contact for tenant questions and concerns. Address tenant issues and coordinate resolutions with maintenance or management as needed. Ensure tenant satisfaction by maintaining open and positive communication. Marketing & Outreach: Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute strategies to attract tenants. Utilize online platforms, social media, and community events to promote properties. Keep property listings up to date with accurate information and appealing visuals. Administrative Tasks: Maintain detailed records of lease agreements, tenant communications, and property conditions. Prepare regular reports on occupancy rates, renewals, and leasing activity. Ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal housing regulations.
