Read and interpret source documents such as canceled checks, sales reports, or bills, and accurately enter data into designated fields or onto storage media (e.g., tapes or disks) using keyboards or scanners. Compare entered data with source documents or use verification formats to detect errors and ensure data integrity. Ensure all entered data is accurate and consistent with source documentation. Perform routine clerical duties such as filing, logging data, and updating databases as needed. Communicate with clients or internal teams via phone to address any inquiries or resolve discrepancies related to data entry or billing. Skills: 2+ years of relevant experience in data entry, administrative support working in a Banking Operations role. Experience with Salesforce and/or Green Screen is a plus. Clear and professional communication with team members, clients, and supervisors. Demonstrated focus on accuracy and quality in all tasks.
