The candidate will have demonstrable experience coding and scripting using languages like Python, JavaScript, etc. Understand serverless architectures and continuous integration & deployment (CI/CD), plus GraphQL and RESTful API development. Understand infrastructure-as-code technologies (e.g. Terraform, CloudFormation), source code management (GitHub) as it relates to the developer experience. Build automation skills (Jenkins, GitHub Actions) are also required. Our preferred candidate is a team-player and a self-starter with a passion for learning and growing. WHAT YOU BRING Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or IT related discipline or any combination of equivalent relevant education, training, and experience. 3+ years of development experience using AWS. 5+ years of professional experience as a software engineer. Comfortable working in a Linux environment. Proficient in programming using two or more of the following: Python, JavaScript, Shell Scripting, Groovy, Java. Experience in designing and consuming Rest and GraphQL APIs. Experience in containerization using Docker. The following qualifications are preferred: Experience setting up, maintaining, and automating continuous integration systems. strong working knowledge of Containerization with Kubernetes.
