Coordinate support for Board of Trustees meetings by: Preparing notices, agendas, minutes, and supporting documentation. Conduct legal research to support attorneys and internal clients.Monitor attorney calendars to ensure meeting preparation and deliverables are met.Serve as a liaison between the legal department and internal/external customers.Support transaction closings, including: Loans, property sales, acquisitions, and easements. Submit and manage purchase requisitions for department operations.
