job summary: We are looking for a skilled individual to manage the daily monitoring of staffing and personnel matters, exercising discretion and independent judgment with minimal supervision. This role will also oversee both internal and external client service support, including managing relationships with support teams. Manage the creation and upkeep of beta environments and conduct post-production testing of applications.Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements for new applications, enhancements to existing systems, bug fixes, and prioritization of these initiatives.Lead a team of Application Analysts within a highly complex organization, influencing cross-functional partners and leaders to achieve organizational goals.Manage the implementation and configuration of new business applications, working closely with the development team to gather feedback and ensure alignment with business needs and best practices.Partner with direct reports to develop and deliver training sessions for end-users, ensuring effective utilization of business applications across all operational teams.Mentor and support team development while driving process improvement initiatives, including automating tasks, working with the development team to eliminate manual work, and enhancing the experiences of support agents and the communities served.Perform other duties as assigned.
