Execute comprehensive tests using specialized tools and equipment to identify defects, inconsistencies, or malfunctions in assemblies. Ensure that all assembly processes adhere strictly to industry standards, safety protocols, and regulatory requirements (e.g., IPC standards, aerospace regulations). Identify and troubleshoot issues with electrical assemblies, including wiring discrepancies, faulty connections, or defective components. Collaborate closely with engineers, technicians, and production teams to address identified issues, suggest improvements, and streamline assembly processes. Maintain detailed records of testing procedures, results, and any necessary adjustments made during the testing phase. Prepare comprehensive reports for analysis and review. Oversee the maintenance and calibration of testing equipment to ensure accurate and reliable results.
