Oversee engineering activities for water and wastewater treatment projects from conceptual design through detailed engineering, construction, commissioning, and startup. Collaborate with the Project Management Office to ensure project deliverables align with client requirements, technical standards, and company quality expectations. Review and approve engineering designs, calculations, equipment selections, and technical specifications for accuracy, completeness, and consistency. Contribute to proposal development by providing technical expertise, innovative solutions, and precise engineering cost estimates. Apply value engineering principles to optimize designs while maintaining performance, reliability, and regulatory compliance. Develop and enforce engineering standards, procedures, and best practices to ensure uniformity across projects. Facilitate cross-functional collaboration to achieve integrated system designs that meet project goals. Design and implement technical solutions for biological treatment processes, focusing on membrane bioreactors (MBR) and advanced water treatment technologies. Stay informed on industry trends, emerging technologies, and regulatory updates in the water and wastewater sector. Partner with R&D teams to incorporate innovative technologies and research findings into engineering designs.
