We are currently seeking a detail-oriented and adaptable Control Room Technician to support control room operations in a dynamic food manufacturing environment. This pivotal role controls all of the production processes in the facility. This role involves overseeing and operating key processing systems including machine start ups, shut down, sanitation, and general facility upkeep. Successful candidates will have the opportunity to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented setting with a focus on quality, safety, and efficiency.salary: $43,680 - $58,240 per yearshift: Firstwork hours: 6 AM - 6 PMeducation: High SchoolResponsibilities Monitor and control production systems and equipment from a centralized control room to ensure consistent product quality and efficient plant operations. Computer saavy, multi tasking and attention to detail is imperative Respond to system alarms and equipment alerts in real time to minimize downtime and maintain operational flow. Start up, shut down, and adjust process equipment based on standard operating procedures and production schedules. Coordinate with maintenance, production, and quality teams to address performance issues and support troubleshooting efforts. Analyze data from HMI, SCADA, or other control systems to detect trends, deviations, or abnormalities and initiate corrective actions. Maintain accurate logs of shift activities, production events, system adjustments, and incidents. Follow Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), HACCP protocols, and food safety procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory and internal standards. Support preventative maintenance by monitoring equipment health indicators and reporting issues to maintenance teams.
