Develop and implement innovative fundraising initiatives, including major gifts, planned-giving, annual fund, and special events. Oversee grants for the organization with Communications Manager who researches available grant options, writes grant proposals, maintains the grant calendar, tracks outcomes, and submits reports in a timely manner. Develop and implement community engagement activities including but not limited to regular scheduled clinic tours for constituents. Assist Event Coordinator to plan and execute fundraising events. Manage donor and sponsor relations, including acknowledgments and recognition. Monitor and report on fundraising progress and outcomes. Ensure that the donor records are accurate and up to date. Collaborate with staff, board members, and volunteers to promote the organization's mission and initiatives: Work collaboratively with program staff to ensure that communication and fundraising efforts are aligned with programmatic goals and objectives.
