Qualifications Three or more years of experience in nonprofit management and development. Self-motivated, self-starter, and dedicated to advancing the organization’s mission. Ability to engage and effectively collaborate with the Board of Directors and staff. College or university degree in a relevant field. strong networking/fundraising skills; experience in donor stewardship, grant writing/management, and event management. Demonstrated strategic thinking and planning abilities. High level of resourcefulness, creativity, and solid organizational leadership. xcellent written and verbal communication skills. Solid organizational skills, including the ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously to meet deadlines. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite: Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. Experience with CRM software is desired. salary: $50,000 - $60,000 per yearshift: Firstwork hours: 8 AM - 5 PMeducation: BachelorsResponsibilitiesDevelop and implement a fundraising strategy that includes the following: Research, identify and cultivate relationships with potential and existing donors, sponsors, and partners to ensure long-term support for the organization. Develop and implement innovative fundraising initiatives, including major gifts, planned-giving, annual fund, and special events. Oversee grants for the organization with Communications Manager who researches available grant options, writes grant proposals, maintains the grant calendar, tracks outcomes, and submits reports in a timely manner. Develop and implement community engagement activities including but not limited to regular scheduled clinic tours for constituents. Assist Event Coordinator to plan and execute fundraising events. Manage donor and sponsor relations, including acknowledgments and recognition. Monitor and report on fundraising progress and outcomes. Ensure that the donor records are accurate and up to date. Collaborate with staff, board members, and volunteers to promote the organization's mission and initiatives: Work collaboratively with program staff to ensure that communication and fundraising efforts are aligned with programmatic goals and objectives. Support the Executive Director in board and committee meetings and other activities as needed Lead and evaluate the volunteer program to ensure the organization maintains a vital volunteer program that recruits, trains, and utilizes volunteers.
