Administer benefits programs and address employee inquiries related to policies. Support recruitment efforts, including job postings, candidate screenings, and interview scheduling. Maintain and update HR systems, ensuring data accuracy and compliance. Collaborate with managers and HR leaders to implement HR initiatives and improve processes. Track and report HR metrics, such as turnover, headcount, and employee satisfaction. Manage employee documentation, including contracts, performance records, and compliance paperwork. What We’re Looking For: Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (preferred). Experience: 3+ years in a Human Resources Coordinator or similar role. Strong organizational and project management skills with exceptional attention to detail. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact at all organizational levels. Proficiency in HR systems and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook). Solid understanding of employment laws and HR best practices.
