job summary: We are seeking an highly experienced Human Resources Consultant for a hybrid role in Pasadena, CA. This role will participate in, and may develop and/or implement, company-wide HR programs and initiatives (e.g., salary review, workforce planning, and organizational change). You will work closely with management in the implementation of corporate policies related to human resources, organizational and employee development, while consulting with employees and managers to address human resources issues. This position will assist in the alignment of human resources with strategic business objectives. The key skills and abilities needed include coaching, influence, facilitation, presentation, communication, process development, strategic and tactical analysis and problem solving.
