Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth communication and coordination on quality standards. Manage and improve supplier quality performance, problem-solving, and change management processes. Supervise the resolution of internal quality issues, including customer complaints, returns, and claims. Organize and conduct quality training and education sessions for staff. Participate in product and process design reviews for new projects, ensuring technical issues are resolved. Drive continuous improvement in process technology and ensure all technical documents are up to date. Handle customer complaints and maintain effective communication to meet their needs. Supervise the use and maintenance of all quality inspection tools and equipment. Lead internal audits and ensure compliance with ISO9001 and TS16949 standards.
