The successful candidate will handle various traditional EA responsibilities, including complex scheduling, travel arrangements, and executive support, while also managing event planning for educational and corporate events. Communication and Stakeholder Liaison Act as a key liaison between the President and stakeholders, maintaining strict confidentiality.Serve as a professional representative, screening calls, managing email correspondence, and handling inquiries with clarity, tact, and discretion.Draft, proofread, and manage emails, letters, and other communications on behalf of the executive to ensure clear and accurate messaging. Document Preparation and Presentations Prepare briefing materials, draft executive communications, and assist in developing reports, presentations, and essential documents.Create PowerPoint presentations to support executive messaging, enhance stakeholder engagement, and communicate key initiatives. Event Planning and Management Lead the planning, logistics, and execution of both internal and external events, such as board meetings, workshops, and company functions.Handle vendor relations, site selection, budgeting, event scheduling, and manage event staff.
