Randstad is working with a growth-minded organization in the industrial space to fill a position supporting the CEO/President, with secondary support to a VP/COO, for a mid-sized organization in Burlington, MA. This role is pivotal in managing calendars, meetings, schedules, and acting on behalf of an executive. The ideal candidate will have experience supporting a C-level executive with tact, maturity, professionalism and a partnership mentality. This is an onsite role, that may allow for up to 1 day of remote work after an extended period of training/acclimation.salary: $80,000 - $100,000 per yearshift: Firstwork hours: 8 AM - 5 PMeducation: BachelorsResponsibilities-Manage calendar, information, and all day-to-day activities for CEO -Perform complex meeting coordination, finding time across multiple executives, calendars, and if required organizations -Manage – preparation and editing - of documents, correspondence, presentations, reports, meeting materials, and any other content coming from the office of the President -Manage meeting setup and minutes, including preparing and executing agendas, presentations, notes etc. -Support leadership team meetings, and meetings with external stakeholders -Provide sales support including but not limited to CRM support, scheduling of client/prospect meetings, and acting as gate-keeper for new potential opportunities – prioritizing when needed -Manage paper and electronic files for the president including but not limited to databases, legal files, and important information.
