We are seeking a highly motivated, organized, and detail-oriented Litigation Legal Assistant to join our dynamic personal injury litigation team. The ideal candidate will provide comprehensive administrative and litigation support to our attorneys and paralegals, playing a key role in managing case files from inception through settlement or trial. Track case deadlines, statutes of limitations, and court appearance dates using case management software and calendaring systems. Assist with the preparation and filing of legal documents with state and federal courts, including complaints, summonses, motions, discovery requests, and responses. Client Communication: Serve as a point of contact for clients, providing updates on case status, scheduling appointments, and gathering necessary information in a professional and empathetic manner. Handle incoming and outgoing mail and correspondence. Administrative Support: Perform general administrative duties, including scanning, copying, faxing, and data entry.
