A Manufacturing Company in Melville, NY is hiring a Customer Service Representative to join the company's Domestic Logistics Team. The Customer Service Representative plays a critical role in the company's success by delivering outstanding support to our customers, including dealers, distributors, sales representatives, and end-users. This position involves managing a variety of customer inquiries while fostering relationships that build trust and loyalty. Handle requests for domestic and international customers. Work closely with our sales team. Consignment coordination Assist in organizing freight requirements for international shipments. Provide information regarding products and promotional opportunities to customers. Communicate with clients via phone and email using proper phone and email etiquette. Maintains established performance levels set by company. Builds rapport and trust with clients to maximize customer loyalty. Demonstrate competency in products and services as offered by Air Techniques. Continue to improve product knowledge and customer service skills. Complies with all company policies and procedures.
