This contract opportunity requires financial and cost analysis experience, preferably with ERP systems, particularly SAP. Close monthly financial books, analyze results, and publish period reports. Ensure timely completion of accounting activities, including fixed assets, inventory, product costing, and budgeting. Prepare annual budgets and forecasts; analyze capital investments (ROI, IRR, Payback). Identify cost issues, conduct root cause analysis, and implement effective solutions. Maintain internal controls and ensure compliance with regulations, Sarbanes Oxley, US GAAP, and corporate policies. Drive finance process improvements by documenting SOPs and seeking simplification opportunities. Consolidate monthly forecasts and results, providing insights and analytics. Support division cash-based costing, ad hoc projects, and AR reviews. Complete consolidated weekly and monthly reporting. Provide journal and reconciliation support and assist in resolving transactional and system issues.
