Communicate professionally and effectively to represent the company. Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient collections processes. Utilize ERP systems (experience with Macola, SAP, or Oracle preferred) to track and manage accounts. Skills: 2+ years of accounts receivable experience, particularly in collections and Cash Apps. Advanced communication skills, both written and verbal. Excellent research abilities and attention to detail. Experience with various payment types (manual checks, ACH, credit card payments) in a B2B context. Team player with a helpful, positive attitude. Ability to learn new systems quickly.
