Prepares badges and safety vests for full-time and temporary staff. Provides visitor badges and safety vests to visitors visiting our DC. Maintains inventory of office supplies and orders as needed. Answers phones, directs calls and prepares messages appropriately. Communicate with staffing agencies to confirm scheduling and attendance daily. Reconciles temporary staff invoices to daily timecards and prepares for management approval to submit to AP. Prepares letters, memos, forms, and reports according to written or verbal instruction from management. Sorts incoming mail and delivers to appropriate department or individual. Processes outgoing mail, including FedEx and UPS. Maintains accurate visitor log and protocols. Provide customer service both internally and externally, providing assistance as needed. Organizes and schedules meetings/training sessions as instructed. Prepares meeting and training materials (hard copies, folders, etc).
